Help, my boilers gone wonky
5 Answers
I'm having probs with my gloworm combi boiler, I can get no hot water, although the heating is working fine. I have just read on another question that it may be the dhw thermostat. What is it, and where will I find it on my boiler?

Yes i would say, as a plumber myself, without looking at the problem in full the diverter valve is the fault here.though dont count me on it without actually seeing it! hope it helps
thanx for the replies, I have called in a plumber, and he said, yep u guessed it, its the diverter valve. As it is going to cost quite a bit to replace, we have opted for a new boiler. Now I'm stuck with having to replace the pipes with 22mm instead of my existing ones! DAMN government regulations! Just going to put my head in the gas oven, if that still works.
