Mobile Phone Unlocking codes

I'm planning on buying a pay as you go phone as my current contract phone is doing my head in.

I'm with o2, but the new phone is T-Mobile.

Whats the deal with unlocking it to make it sim free??

Is it as easy as it looks on the net??

depends on the phone!

Some are easy to unlock just by entering a code, some need special software, a computer and the correct cable to unlock, some just can't be unlocked.

(wouldn't it be easier to buy an O2 PAYG phone though)

Asda pay as you go is the cheapest tariff, and all their phones are unlocked if you decide to go elsewhere.

I thought it would be cheaper to buy a t-mobile phone and get it unlocked then it would to buy it from o2.

The phone I want is in asda for �75. I paid �33 on T-mobile.

I have brought a code off the net and if that fails will take it into an unlocking shop. If not will sell it on e-bay.

As your contract with O2 ran its full term? If it has why not ask O2 to transfer you to Pay As You Go and keep same phone and number. If they say no just tell them you will go to another network provider.

hey,
no i have ages left on my o2 contract. I'm happy with the contract just not the phone, hense why i brought a new cheap one.

But getting the new phone unlocked is proving a problem.

If you wanna unlock the mobile ,
Get the unlock code here in this site mention below & unlock the mobile in easier way .
I used this site http://www.theunlocka...lock...phone/rs13wp2/ for unlocking the mobile , it provides unlock code , using that i unlocked the mobile & got nice solution.
It worked out great .
