Does anybody know how to Modify/Tune a Honda GX200 engine? I have one on my go kart and would like more power from it. I was considering putting a 125cc bike engine on but don't want gears. ;-)

remove the governor.

Just make sure you don't over-rev (above about 6000-6500) afterward because you won't have an engine for long if you do.

Thanks for that will give it a try, will try and make a mod to prevent over-reving

The mod is called your foot!

once the governor is removed that's the only thing that stops you over revving!
