Vaillant combi boiler fault code F.24

Hi - Please can someone help. I have a Vaillant combi boiler, I think it is the turbomax plus. I can only run cold water at the moment and have checked the boiler and it shows F24.
I pressed the reset button and the yellow light lit up along with the green one, but I still only have cold water.
Any suggestions please??

According to the fault list in the manual, F24 means - Dry fire protection (temperature gradient of flow NTC too steep).

Possible causes: Air in boiler/system, pump blocked or defective, pump output too low.

This is a low water pressure code dryfire will not fire untill the boiler has been re-pressured
