We are wanting a Whirlpool 90 x 60 cooker from Ikea does anybody know if this will run off a normal 13amp plug, the write up says Oven 103L energy consumption with a standard load top and base heating 1.38kWh/forced air 1.42 kWh. thanks

As long as the unit is rated at 3kW or under, a 13 Amp plug should do fine, though it would be good to know the correct make and model number for us to give a definitive answer.
To put ACtheTROLL out of his/her misery, do you have an IKEA catalogue number?

Looking at the IKEA catalogue, the particular model you indicated does not appear, BUT I strongly suspect you may be talking about a microwave oven, in which case a 13 Amp plug will be fine.
Anything with a double oven and/or grill will definitely need installation by a qualified electrician with the 30 Amp fused rdc, as ACtheTROLL suggested.
