Not sure where to popst this so will try here for starters...
I have just added another phone to my Pay Monthly acct with Vodafone. The phone was delivered next day as promised but the following day l recevied an invoice for �4.94 to cover 'Weekday Delivery'.
I have never previously been charged for delivery by Vodafone and was offered no delivery options?

(I would have asked Vodafone direct but surprise surprise there is no way of contacting them other than by phone) Besides I thought I'd ask you folks whether this was the norm now before I rant at them!

yes they have done this for a while Kos!
I have just called up Vodafone after receiving one of these letters and they have refunded/waived the delivery charge straight away , call 191 and complain as they do not notify you when placing the upgrade! Media URL: http://www.pariswells.com
