freezer door seal

i have a neff fridge freezer and the seal has gone on the freezer

can you buy replacements

it is a built in one if that makes a difference

i have found some companies on the net

but am struggling to find part number

i pressume its at the back

but cant get to back as its built in

any ideas

or am i just not looking hard enough??
