Is the only difference between green rizla papers and red rizla papers that green have two cut corners?
Why do green rizla have cut corners?
Why do red rizla not have cut corners?

Why rizla would use colours to guide blind people though is an interesting concept.
And the friend of which i speak, didn't use the rizla for the exclusive use of tabacco if you know what i mean, so don't qoute me on the answer!! : )
