windows movie maker video format

im trying to upload a video made in windows movie maker and the format it is in is 'Windows Movie Maker Project MSWMM' and face book dosent accept this. so how do i change it to a differnet format. when i go to save as and under file tpye there is only one option :(
facebook accepts these.

You click on FIle/Save Movie File
Choose My Computer to save it locally
Choose name and folder

This will save it as a WMV file.
