Central Heating boiler problem

Problem with netaheat profile 30e
Hello, I have the above combi boiler and my problem is this. I have a Honeywell control panel and can select the switch to heat the water, the boiler sparks and flame is seen. If I try it with the central heating switch, Nothing happens. I have checked the Thermostat (living room) and can see the correct voltage, I have also checked the control panel, again correct voltage. I have taken the cover off the boiler and can see the voltage coming in when the central heating switch is on. Anybody have any ideas whats at fault here? Thanks in advance Martin Kite.

Is your system fully pumped? or is it part gravity system, is the pump running, is the control valve (3 port valve) working? if you do not fully understand how a heating system is wired or how the controls work you would be better off calling in a local corgi plumber probley cost you 30 to 40, better to pay them than to do some damage by messing about with the wireing.
