SG = sparrow grass

S = scallions

BS = bird seed? (not to be taken too seriously!)

BS - Bean Sprout

S - Scallion

Are you sure it's a South African port? If it was in South America it could be Frey Bentos.

I thought the same as you, but it definitely says 'S.African' on the quiz-sheet.

CBS - Champagne Bottle Sizes (Melchior = 24 btls, Balthazar = 16btls)

AC - A Carrot (as in carrot and stick)

 

I'm with you and Johnmof over the FB / South African one. Surely it has to be a mistake in the question?
