Does anyone know if there have been any significant changes in the regulations governing nursing homes in the last seven years which could affect their profitibility or value? Alternatively, any tips on where I might obtain this information?

The new National Care Standards Commission for residential and nursing homes came into effect from April 1 this year. Visit its website on http://www.doh.gov.uk/ncsc/carehomes.htm
