now my husband had wired it all up there is no sound coming from the TV only from the radio. PLease what has he done wrong.?

deggers thankyou, I do not know if he has done it or not until later but in the meantime wonder if you can answer something else.? Please. As I said we have the new tv and now the cinema sound system to go with it BUT my husband thought we would be able to record and save programmes on the new system with Viera that is on the tv. Oh dear I have confused myself there hope you managed to keep up.! Anyway I have said I think we will need another DVD player because the one in the system doesnt record. Is that right. Although I do agree it seems silly to sell a system without it. Also could you use any recordable DVD with it or not. Many thanks

Hi Lilac, please answer deggers response by providing make/model numbers of tv AND dvd player/recorder. When you do that you will get a more detailed and accurate response to your problem.
