Pain relief during pregnancy
Im only 7 weeks pregnant but Im currently suffering with (most probably unrelated) back pain. Its a muscle pain, very painful, and Im finding it difficult to sleep. Ive tried heat packs and a hot water bottle, dont seem to be helping much. Can I use painkillers? If not, what else would you recommend?
Thanks in advance!

Im 7weeks to and I have had a little backache, mine however does ot sound no where near as bad as yours. I had my first midwife appointment and I did mention it to her and she said it was my body adjusting and getting ready for a growing baby, said not to worry about it to much, Im not saying this is the same for you as your back ached does sound a lot worse, but have a word with your midwife, mine was really helpfull.
Hope you feeling better soon.
