Maybe someone can enlighten me...

What is the technique used to light up the Advertisement boxes attatched to bus stops...

These boxes (6-sheets) come in various other formats, and most light up. But, I really need to know how they get the power to do this. I know it comes from another source, such as nearby street lights etc... But how?

Any help greatly appreciated :)

they run a connection from the nearest supply point, just like you would if you built a new house or something. They have to get permission from the electricity company.
