My sister is suffering from server scoriassis (sorry if thats the wrong spelling) and she also has an alergy to formaldhyde which I have recently discovered is in a hell of a lot of products under other names.
She has an alergy to rubber gloves as well so that councils them out.
What I would like to know on her behalf is does any one know of any sited that might be able to give information in what products do not have formaldahyde in them and how i can find out what other names it comes under and how it can be identified and avoided.
Thanks for your time.

Hi tigerlily x
did you mean psoriasis?

Is she seeing a dermatologist? They should be able to advise her on things like this. If it's what I think you mean, it's spelled psoriasis, which might help you look things up on the internet. (the P is silent!)

TY for that. I wasn't sure how it was spelt. it's were the skin sort blisters and cracks. she's had it for years. But it's made worse by her alergy and the sort of things sh would have been given can't be used.

I went on the site you suggested Sachs. That was interesting. There are 8 of us altogether but only she has it. As far as I know no one in the wider family circle has it either.
