bicarbonate of soda

im tempting to do some baking but i dont have bicarbonate of soda, what can iuse instead of that?

trying to bake honey and spice biscuits got everything else but that bicaronate of soda. :(

Well it may be o.k but they will rise more! The rise will give your biscuits a different texture, they wont be crunchy. Give it a go! x

Try baking with yeast -but that will take longer.
