Bt Internet Emails

How do I insert a photo into an email, rather than as an attachment ? And how can I make up a Spam file so it doesn't keep going in my inbox ? Also when I open the To box to send emails to contacts, a lot of my contacts are duplicated, but when I try to remove duplications as per their thread, it says I don't have duplicate contacts ! they are not duplicated in the pull down menu, but in the square window which appears in the middle for me to OK. Hope this makes sense !
