Stop & Search Statistics (Freedom of Information Act)
I am interested to find out how many wombles in the SW19 area have been subject to stop and search by the Police. Does anyone have this information or can you tell me how I apply for this statistic under the Freedom of Information Act.

If you get no joy with the police, then report the little furry bleeders to the environment agency. To collect waste nowadays, you need either a waste management licence or the relevant exemption certificates. I would imagine a paragraph 11, would suffice for the small amounts they collect each month, but you might get them on not having a waste carriers licence, a haz chem licence, or better still, a paragraph 17 exemption for the storage of waste at their home.
