I Had what I thought of as 'friends' in school, anyway havent really seen much of them since school if Im honest due to us being in different area codes, a couple of them had always been shady characters and i guess always will (in an d out of jail) this is why i started to steer away from them as i had a decent career.....anyway these days with fbook you can see what they are upto

one in particular stole from my father and according to my ex girlfriend 'touched her intimately one time when i wasnt looking in a club.

she could have just been trying to get attention as i have known him years but i also know what a git he can be.

My point is this - people seem so wishy washy with morals and are inclined to backstab at any opportunity.

Even though she said this about him she has now (since we split) added him on fbook (AND HE ACCEPTED) and is LIKING all of his statuses even though she told me she thought he was a jerk.

On the other hand its not just him, a few of my other 'friends' have added her. Am I looking too much into this?? Makes me wonder if i can ever trust anyone in this day n age?

Is this proof of what ive always thought, women tell you wehat you want to hear but deep down they love the jerks?

its true though, people in general are absoloute snakes in the grass....i mean who am i meant to trust? these two people played big parts in my life and both let me down and are now 'friends' on fbook even though they are both with new partners and have babies, makes me think some people will stop at nothing!

Women are absoloute snakes and I feel like Ive wasted 27 years being 'different' and not a jerk likeother guys when it would have been better for me to be a jerk and make women have a bit of their own medicine!!!!

also, why would people that only met her once or twice add her as a friend when i would have thought they were more friendly with me seeing as though i spent a good 6 years around them , yet they add my ex who they met maybe twice??

YEAH ILL MOVE ON .......im not trying to control her , to be honest im well rid as she wasnt willing to work and just wanted kids so she could sponge. So Im glad im not with her ----BUT things like this just show me how false and pretencious people can be and i should be much more careful who i let in, But in turn this can make you bitter and not want to let anyone in anymore?

FB seems to be a bragging site of 'look at me, I've got thousands of friends'. It's a nonsense fun, almost a diary to some so can get tedious. Personalities & characteristics are shown by the input and its for you to judge whether you enjoy the input and keep 'your friends' on your list.

yes you are looking into it too much - don't let it bother you. don't tar all women with the same brush. Lots of women are bad as are lots of men. Don't waste your time on face book if you are going to let this bother you. We don't know why she is 'liking' what he says - nobody can answer that except her. Facebook constantly suggests friends so its up to them whether people go forward with that or not.

lifes made up of makers and takers..get 2 takers together thats fine, each know how they stand with each other. get 2 makers together that to is fine, they will get on fine together.. if you mix up a relationship and a maker gets together with a taker.. thats fatal and the relationship won't last.. sort out what you are and find a girl thats like you..

Welcome to the real world.

Some people grow up. Some just live their so-called lives through sites through sites like Facebook. Be the bigger person. Let them get on with it, and go out there and get a proper life. Use Facebook to keep in touch with people by all means, but don't let it rule your life.

so am i gonna have to just go through life never trusting anyone again? thats what it feels like.... every 'friend' ive ever made has always had secret agendas or motives, how will i ever just find people who want to hang out and be mates?
