Assuming that you're referring to mains power sockets, simply by connecting all 4 of the live pin sockets to the live pin on the adaptor, and then doing the same for the earth and neutral sockets/pins. (The only difference is that the connection from the live pin should go via a suitable fuse before being connected to each of the live pins). That results in the 4 sockets being wired in parallel.
