If thats the one on the 3 network you cant. the phones are totally incompatible with other sim cards. Its the way they are made.

I recently downloaded a program from nokiafree.org and it generates unlock codes for many phones, not just nokias.

It has an entry for your phone so you might want to try it. I haven't tested it on this model myself, but i have used it on various makes and models of phone with 90% success rate.

Also, there are cable unlocking solutions you can buy. Your local mobile phone repair shop might have one. They generally charge between 5 and 15 pounds for this service. I HAVE used one of these on an LG C1200 successfully.
