There is a children's toy that you can buy that is simply a square of fabric with lots of the satin tags around the edge (like the kind you get on clothing), but I can't remember the name and can't find any record of them online. I think the maker is now based on the Isle of Wight as I read about her in one of the ferry magazines, but that was a few months back now.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to buy a couple!
Just had a look at these and IMO the bits of fabric are grossly overpriced; you could run one up in no time with a few remnants! The dolls are perhaps the best value as they would need a degree of skill to make.
i dont think anyones saying that they're not silly prices (which is why i put links to the other brands too). But sometimes people prefer to buy rather than make, even more so if it were a gift for someone.
