MPV v Saxo
On Traffic Cops BBC1 last night showed the aftermath of a fatal accident. A Citroen Saxo had been hit broadside by an MPV and had collapsed like a crushed drinks can. How can a car like this pass a side impact test and be deemed safe.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Hi, I seen that as well, the taxi driver was going fast & met the other car coming towards him broadside, combined the two vehicles speed I do not think anything, apart from cars with side in-pact bars within their doors would come out any better Sigma, again who was at fault? with respect to the lad that had been killed if he had been driving in a sensible manner & not tear @rsing he would not have lost control & hit the kirb.
