Avatars..How do I?

When I go into my profile it says there; Deactivate Avavtar. Although I'm new it looks like I can now change my picture. So the question is, How do I go about it?

Ever since avatars were introduced on AB it's been possible to change them.
I think you just change the avatar held at gravatar.com

this is the ed's original post once you've got a gravitar account it's pretty easy but remember to log into Gravitar with the SAME email address as you use on AB

register at http://en.gravatar.com/site/login
the key thing is to use the same email address there that you use here

any image that you select in gravatar.com will be picked up automatically up by AB

You have to go into your profile and sign up to Gravatar. Its quite easy really

a few minutes for the new one to be displayed - try using Ctrl-F5 every now and again to reload the page
