trouble getting on facebook

my cousin has just told me over the phone that she cant get into facebook!
She's tried several times, and cant get passed the password thing!!
It says that she already rigistered!
I cant help her as I already had to get help myself, lol. any ideas please x

Have you tried to see if she has previously registered? try searching for her.

have rang my cousin but shes not indoors right now.

I remember her saying that when she has to read the sqiggly writing and has to understand what it says, she clicks onto it and doesnt get any further than that. shes now tried 3 times. Wil get back to you when I talk on the phone --many thanks all x

i spoke with cousin and spent an hour with her , trying to help her join facebook, with no success (over the phone). Getting past her password thing was very frustrating, so she's given up and will ask friends, if one of them knocks on the door.

I would say pusskin,with respect if she can't get to join F/B what a lucky lady she is, I couldn't get out fast enough, & it proved most difficult.

so sorry for delay for not getting back to you all!
my cousin now says that several people have helped her to try and get on facebook, and it seems that she is blocked or something, and is impossible to click onto it.
maybe she's not missing much x

i think she has given up now.
