Hi all

I am contemplating purchasing an air filter/ioniser for the house. Front runner is Bionaire model BAP9240-IUK. Does anyone have any comments on this model or recommendations for alternatives?

only useful if you have lots of dust particles, or a pet bird that gives of a lot feather dust,
otherwise not a lot of point
ionisers too make no noticeable difference only useful if you have a great deal of electrical equipment in your room giving off a lot positive ions
ionisers give of negative ions to compensate
