Heeellp! Just bought this phone and I'm stumped ...
The user guide is 12 pages long and call me thick (no, please, I won't be offended) but I can't get my head round some of it. Can someone please explain SIMPLY how I listen to and reply to messages that have been left for me? I thought it was "envelope" and then "envelope" again but I'm doing something radically wrong!

According to the manual...

'envelope' then OK

...opens the answer machine list and playback automatically begins.
