I have a hp mini 210 notebook but cannot find a way to change my screensaver to my own pictures

does it run windows? if so its in control panel

The HP Mini Notebook is sold with the Starter edition of Windows 7 pre-installed. By looking at the comparison chart here you'll see that the desktop wallpaper can't be changed:

Since screensavers are really only moving wallpapers you're probably stuck with what you've got.

However (since I've not got any version of Windows 7 myself) I'm not 100% certain about that. Try following the instructions here:
