Today my P reg fiesta started making a whering noise from the front end of the car and got louder and louder, this noise happens even when stopped and becomes louder when turning. When I stopped the car there was rusty coloured liquid dripping from under the bonnet (more the drivers side) Any ideas as to what it might be and the cost to fixing it ? Thank you
