Have you a friend or a family member ever, maybe off the top of their head or careful consideration, made a prediction that has come true, for Example
Mrs In A Mo and I used to monitor empty empty shops and then from the date of opening we would predict how long they would trade for ,out of 18 predictions we were correct 17 times ,the final shop lasted 1 month longer than we predicted. Any stories please.
