Indesit washing machine WIL103 won't empty

Help my washing machine won't empty and I cannot open the door. I'm ready with my buckets and mops but need to get the door open to take the washing out. Any advice welcome.

Can you unhook the rear waste hose and hold it low down in a basin to empty some water out first?

Thanks. Managed to empty some water by unscrewing the filter. Just left with a load of soggy washing now.

had this one on my mater's machine today......seriously. Turned off the power at the mains, having turned the progamme dial away from the 'normal' setting..... 5 mins later no problems, the door opened...re-ran on a 70 setting on cottons-colours and no problem with the door at the end. Put it down to sticking on her regular programme and the system needs a 'jolt' - the proof in the pudding will be switching back.

I had this happen with my indesit machine, but if you turn off you should be able to open the door about 3 minutes later. There is a time lag - I guess so it cools down a bit.
