Bright Star/International Space Station
Could someone tell me what the bright star is that can be seen to the South East early in the morning,quite low in the sky?I saw it at 6am this morning(I live in the North west of England.My friend says its the International Space Station?

This is why I love AB! Woke up early (again! must be excited about something!) Let the cat out and noticed a really bright star in the sky south east direction, googled it and the things I found were telling me it was Jupiter but it was in the wrong direction, came on here found this thread almost straight away to discover it is Venus. Excellent!
