Order not arrived

I ordered some vitamins online (they were very cheap, its the principle here) almost two weeks ago and they haven't arrived. I have had an email saying they received the order then an email saying they should arrive in 3-5 days but possibly two weeks! I emailed them to see when the vits were going to arrive as I wasn't prepared to wait two weeks and haven't had a reply. I looked up reviews on the company and there were Bad. Wish I'd seen them before I ordered. Don't answer letters, phone calls, emails etc and sometimes vitamins don;t arrive. Do I have any come back here ? As I say it was only a small amount of money but why should they just take my money and not deliver the goods. I paid with a Visa Debit card. thanks in advance. I know you will say 'wait two weeks' but what if they don't arrive at all?

Hi Smurfchops - who did you order the vitamins from? I placed an order in NOvember for some Valarian and on the website it stated same day dispatch (if you looked at the small print it stated up to 4 weeks delivery). Anyhow when i called them after they hadn't arrived all they did was send me a form to complete to say they hadn't arrived and then they would dispatch some more. Turns out the valarian arrived the same day as the form (after waiting for 6 weeks). I did n't do anything about that but sure ain't gonna use them again. The comapny was simply supplements.

Contact Visa and see if they are able to recoup the money. Also if it is a UK based company, report them to trading standards

I think you should wait a bit longer for them; 2 weeks is really not that long. Companies always used to say wait 28 days for delivery. Some months ago the Daily Mirror was giving away free Lego sets, and had 2 of them. I took weeks to arrive, and the other took more than 6 weeks to come.

It is a bit early to start making threats to Trading Standards.

Can you name the company smurfchops? I'm wondering if it is the same one who ripped me off a couple of years ago. I ordered some supplements from them and they never arrived, they claimed I had never placed an order despite me having an email receipt and order confirmation from them. I never did get my money back despite several promises of a refund once they admitted that I had ordered and paid. The idiots still send me catalogues now. lol

The company I used were called Simply Supplements.

Not the same company then... strangely they are both in the Channel Islands though, yours is Guernsey mine was Jersey.
