I'm sh!!tting myself as its getting nearer & nearer & now its tomorrow at 11o/c.
I've got to have a Laser Retinopothy op, Yes I know its to help save my sight but Oooooh! how I'd like to run away. God I've had a lot worse ops in the past but as I get older I become more 'chicken'.
They did try to do it without anesthetic a few weeks back but it was soo painful I wouldn't let him carry on. Tomorrow they are doing it under a local anesthetic.
My H will probably drag me there kicking & screaming. Anyone else had it done?
Wish me luck.

Not sure why you would be afraid of something that will help save your sight but I guess unless I am in the same situation, who can tell.
