The whole point about radio codes is that they're unique to each radio. So if there are thousands of Kangoos on the road, there will be thousands of different codes for their radios.
There are plenty of websites which will, for a fee, provide you with the radio code you require. e.g. this one (which is often recommended as being reliable):

However the problem with such sites is that you have to provide the serial number from the radio, which means removing it from the dashboard. (Without special tools, that can often be very difficult).
However Renault maintains a database of car radio codes listed against the registration number issued to each vehicle (and/or to the Vehicle Identification Number = "chassis number"). The database can be accessed through any Renault main dealer but they'll charge you a fee. (When I worked for a Ford dealer the usual fee for providing a radio code was £15).
