disconnection and removal of rayburn to outside parking space and placed on pallet

Who would do this a plumber or heating engineer? I am looking through the yellow pages to get some quotes but also know of couple of people I could ask. It is connected to an oil suppy not gas, should they be trained or regulated to do such work?

It's only an oil pipe from the tank . Simple job to turn the valve(s) off, undo the connection, disconnect the flue, and take it out on steel rollers.
As far as I know, you don't have to be "regulated" to remove one. Mustn't speak too soon though, there's probably another new rule come out as we speak.
