I just renewed my car insurance this morning with Yes Insurance. I kind of rushed it as it was such a good quote. Anyway, I have just looked at customer reviews online and i'm seriously worried now. They are all terrible! Is anyone insured with them cos I really need to hear something that isn't a horror story :( x

Not insured with them but i would imagine you still have a 14 day cooling off period? and if youve paid monthly by direct debit cancel that immediately. Like most insurance if you dont need them theyre ok! ive had problems with Churchills getting my no claims discount correct so even the big firms get it wrong!

unfortunately you always get the bad reports rather than the good ones, bit like letters of complaint , in my experience you get about one letter of praise for every 20 of complaint...

When I was looking around for car insurance recently , all the companies I looked at had bad reviews .
In the end i just chose a company that was offering the cover with the particular benefits I wanted at a price that was near to the cheapest price I found .

As stated by the posters above , people only tend to bother to write reviews when they have had a bad experience

Thanks guy :) I feel a bit better now. I just couldn't believe how cheap it was. It was half the amount it was last year! x
