I think you need to provide more details? Is it a life policy, a household insurance claim, a motor damage claim, a personal injury claim?
Has it been settled and you are just waiting for the agreed payment or is the claim still ongoing? Some can take years to settle

Mark, the claim is an employee theft claim.It has been agreed and the person has been found guilty.I am not the policy holder but my employer is not very helpful with progress.
