Is this going to look dodgy?
Last week we had to put in an insurance claim as one of our vans got hit by a car. Today the same driver came back and told me he'd been driven into again this morning, although he was driving a different van. So in the space of a week I've logged two claims with our insurance company both no fault, involving the same driver.
I'm getting paranoid they are going to think we are up to something.

The other thing is that when we took the first van to the bodyshop to have the work evaluated we asked them to look at some damage on the other side of the van caused by one of our drivers hitting a bollard. We obviously stated we would pay for that work to be done seperately but they've sent us a quote inlcuding costs for both sides. I'm worried when they send their paperwork to the insurers they are going to submit the amount for both sides. Going to have to keep an eye on what's going through. It gets very confusing with two vans at the same time :oS

its unlikey the insurers would get the estimate for the other work, they certainly wont payout for damage that isnt part of the claim, its hard enough to get them to agree figures in the first place .
Depending who you are insured with its usually done by a computor estimating system and e mailed to them with images.
