hello
can anybody recommend a reasonable insurance co that will insure a 23yr for a motorbike who has numerous motoring convictions from a few years ago, he now has a full driving licence but unfortunately he has points on it

He is going to have difficulty getting insurance bearing in mind his history. An Insurance Broker would be able to find a suitable policy.

Be prepared for a quote in the £1,000s , only a specialist high risk company will touch him and that with a huge excess.
