Most definitely yes!

Probably yes!
You'll need business insurance. That only adds about £60 per year onto my 'social, domestic and pleasure' policy but that's because I'm classed as a 'part-time traffic planner' (which is a fairly low-risk occupation). Delivery drivers are regarded as being among the highest insurance risks, so expect to pay quite a lot more.
