Hi my daughter has been travelling in New Zealand and Australia,she is in Oz at the moment and is going back to NZ for the skiing season.the problem is that she cant get insurance cover cos she is not a resident in Oz or NZ and we cant get her covered cos she is not a resident in England! who do we contact?any info greatly appreciated.it will break us if we have to get her flown home injured,thanks.

She should contact an Insurer or broker whesupposere she is and they will advise her of what is available to her.

She may have to effect an annual Personal Accident policy which should also include "winter sports" This would be "summer sports" I would suppose in the Antipodes.
