Accidentally Bumped The Car In Front Of Me At A Fastfood Drive Thru?
There was no damage to either cars, even the drive thru workers agreed. The driver of the other car was nice about it, saying "It's okay, don't worry" & asked me for my insurance, driver's license, phone #. I forgot to ask for any of her info & forgot to snap a picture of her car. What should I do now? & should I contact my insurance? Will my insurance rates go up?

If she checks her car and there really is no damage she will do nothing and that will be the end of it.
If on the other hand there is some damage after all and she decides to claim from you then she will contact you. By the sounds of it, it is likely to be minor and you might decide to cover the cost yourself or to claim on the insurance.
I see no point you instigating anything at this stage though. You probbaly feel a bit shaken about it, but no need to worry too much, its minor and no one was hurt. Sleep well.

You've posted on a UK site but there are hints in your post that you're in the USA. (We don't use the hash symbol for 'number', we don't normally use 'thru' and we don't use the spelling 'license' - it's 'licence' here). So the rules in your country might be different to those where most members of this site are located.
However, here in the UK, most people probably wouldn't bother reporting the incident to their insurer (as most policies only require that accidents involving either injury or damage should be reported). Indeed, if every little bump got reported the insurance companies they would probably be overwhelmed with pointless paperwork. (I've had my car bumped in the back by three different London taxi drivers in the space of twenty minutes!).
I'd wait to see if the other driver reports it. (I can't see why they should though).

Your insurance policy will almost certainly include a condition about reporting all incidents. If you fail to do so and are hooked up to a cheapskate company, (lowest premiums, narrowest cover, fight like tigers as a consequence) you may find they could repudiate any claim. Very likely this is rare but it could happen.
