Insurance Claim Procees
Insurance company have all my paperwork now they say they need to contact there own assistance team for more information as this team help me when i 1st contacted them when I had my medical emergency abroad. Why is this if they have all my information etc already.
Seems as if they just want to delay things anyone help or advice please.
