Hello everyone! hope you all are doing well. I just need a little help. I have to write an email where I want to mention that the sales team is not taking care of their leads. i mean we have a policy that when we get any new client we make him a call to ask about our services if the client did not pick our call after 4 to 5 calls we move that lead to "No Response" column (we have some lead stages in our CRM) but i noticed our sales team is just making first call and if the cleint is not picked the call they moved to deal in no response column and are not making further calls, second, if a person is not qualified for our services we move his lead to "Not Qualified" column, but we mention proper reasons why this client is not eligible for our services but our client team is mentioned any proper reason that why this client is not qualified for our services. here what wrote:

It seems that sales team are moving deals to no response column after making their first unsuccessful call to the client, and there are no more follow up notes after the first call, and 2nd thing I noticed sales team didn't mention any proper reason that why they have moved a deal to the not qualified column. 'Just defining leads as "no response"', rather than 'moving deals' ?
There is no evidence of any follow up attempts to contact them again. Nor were valid reasons given as to why it has simply been defined as, "no response", and treated as if it were a dead end.
