I am about to purchase a Cafe business and this is the first time in business. Is there any thing I need to watch out for in terms of insurance?

The shop will have a few full/part time staffs.

You need to contact an insurance broker who deal with the likes of Norwich Union and NIG etc. They will get you a package policy which covers liabilities and premises. Hope this helps.

By law you must have employers liability insurance. You are also likely to want property insurance against fire and theft.
Yes and wish you plenty of luck too with the TAXMAN and the VAT men for the rest of your dying days.................
