I have diabetes type 1 and want to get private health cover but i cant find one to cover the illness i already have, can anyone advise me of any companies that would. TIA

You'll be hard pushed to find reasonable cover for pre-existing conditions, but there are some out there - you just need to review and decide which one is best for you:

Googled diabetes and a site DiabetesUK. org came up it is a charity run site, go on life insurance and scrool down there seemed to be some advice.

It may well be that you would have to show your diabetes was controlled, I know you do not consider yourself disabled but a website for the disabled may help, there is one called your able or similar.
