excess on 3rd party damage
i had a very slight bump with someone and put a tiny dent in their plastic bumper which is hardly noticeable. my car is undamaged, they want a new bumper,
i have fully comp ins and full no claims which is protected. if i put it through the insurance will i have to pay any excess as there is no claim for my own vehicle.
