i was caught driving my uncle's car without insurance and i was still on probation period they gave me on the spot fine of �200 and 6 points and they will revoc my license. so i don't know what to do weather to go to court what will my chances be and if i don't i will just loose my license. my uncle has insurance and he was in the car with me

It always makes me laugh when people with no insurance get fined �200. It costs us law abiding insurance payers more than that to insure our cars for a year. The courts are a joke. The minimum fine should be �1000.

You deserve all you get, , most of pay are hard earned cash to insure our cars and premiums go up every year, yet we still pay. Guess its back to your bike .
